Planning A Corporate Meeting in Seattle

JMP took a trip to Seattle planning a corporate meeting this fall for one of our favorite clients, experiential marketing firm FIRST, who designed an impressive, multi-faceted 360-degree space for their client’s shareholder meeting. Held at the Hyatt Regency in Seattle, the ballroom was transformed to a theater in the round, with three 15’ x 28’ rigged screens and a circular stage with custom stage thrusts. The screens featured an edge-lit color-changing illumination that added an extra pop of color and energy to the giant screens that appeared to be freestanding and allowed a nice transition of the environment from plenary session to cocktail hour.

Outside the ballroom, additional networking space was created with some clever projection surfaces provided by Atomic, whose modular systems are very easy to work with and offer high-impact solutions for any environment. We look forward to planning a corporate meeting with FIRST again on their next project.
