A few months ago we were contacted by Ideastorm, a corporate events company based in France, to assist with scenic construction services for an international corporate event by Auto Industry experts Faurecia at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco.
The set design for the international corporate event was clean and contemporary. The 100’x16′ completely seamless flat wall/screen surround featured four-screen openings designed to fit Worldstage Inc’s beautiful hi-resolution LED screens. Three-dimensional set graphics, created with our new CNC foam cutter, served as a focal point for the main stage, and custom staging that included custom seating platforms for the audience, as well as structural platforms for supporting the 4000 pound LED screens provided the infrastructure for a dynamic scenic environment.
The biggest challenge was trying to shoehorn all the required production elements into a tightly packed ballroom with only a 1-day install, but we did it!
