Experiential Production: Empire Full Circle Exhibit

The iconic record label celebrated their new headquarters with an experiential production highlighting their 15 years of accomplishments.

Empire, a leading independent American record label established in 2010, recently marked a major milestone: moving their headquarters to the historic 1 Montgomery building in downtown San Francisco. To celebrate this expansion and their fifteenth anniversary during the bustling Super Bowl weekend, they envisioned an experiential production that could uniquely showcase their legacy. Enlisting the Brooklyn-based Palette Group for the creative concept, they brought us in to finalize the design and expertly fabricate the “Full Circle” exhibit.

This experiential production transformed the venue into a sophisticated, museum-style gallery. We fabricated custom vitrines and sleek display cases to protect and highlight precious memorabilia, including stage-worn clothing and rare art shared by Empire’s artists. Feature walls were wrapped in bold branding and adorned with a timeline of gold records, while a dynamic LED screen anchored the room, bringing the label’s history to life. The attention to detail, from the carpentry to the graphic installation, ensured a polished, high-end aesthetic. The final result was a seamless, immersive environment that perfectly captured Empire’s journey, leaving both the client and their guests impressed with the tribute.
