The Palm Springs Film Festival got underway January 5th, with a lineup of events designed to entertain the festival guests throughout the week. Penfolds Winery, one of Australia's premier wine makers, partnered with Bono's fundraising organization (Product) RED to host a party at The Riviera in Palm Springs. JMP worked with PS Communications to create an upscale environment where attendees could taste world class wines while supporting a good cause. Our large format printer worked overtime to create the step and repeat photo op wall, where celebrities and the like had their photos taken all night. Plush red carpet laid out at the entrance with rope and stanchion provided guests with a sense of celebrity as they entered the Riviera hotel while our GLO bars branded with event signage greeted the guests upon their entry. The event was a huge success. Not only did Penfolds maximize their sponsorship to increase brand awareness, but fifteen percent of the sales of their Koonunga Hill and Thomas Hyland tier wines will be donated to the Global Fund to support HIV/AIDS programs in Africa.
