On December 1st we sent Scott Proctor to the beautiful Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas to install this 140′ wide x 20′ tall business theater set for the American Society of Health System Pharmacists. John Murray Productions, inc. provided all the staging and scenery from our shop in the San Francisco Bay Area for Presentation Services Convention and Trade show division.

Alliance Summit – Arrow Electronics
AJMP was contracted to assist Arrow Electronics in bringing their annual summit to life. Arrow Electronics is a global provider of products, services and solutions to industrial and commercial users of electronic components and computer products. http://www.arrow.com We designed a contemporary look for the presentation stage by utilizing modern design elements and shapes. Being that the event was held in Dallas, Texas, our goal was to bring an elegant look to a Texas theme. The stage set incorporated the messaging of the event literature with a team of horses running away with the tag line “Team Up, Take The Lead, Win.”

Kooza Opening Night Reception
Winslow & Associates asked for our help in Creating an Entertaining Environment for the reception following Cirque Du Soleil’s opening night performance of Kooza. Kooza is the latest traveling production from the brilliant creative minds at Cirque. It is a fabulous production well worth seeing. Under the Grand Chapiteau, at AT&T Park through January 20th.

We were also tasked with providing Bombay Sapphire with a branded bar environment that was fitting for their sponsorship of the event. We built 6 new back lit acrylic and steel bars that our now apart of our rental inventory. The color of the light and the graphics can easily be changed to match your branding strategy.

IGI ‘07
JMP was asked to create a set design to present the many facets of Image Global Impact’s multi-national enterprise. Diana Lu, founder of IGI, has built a core business engaging in cross-cultural business consulting. In addition to being a successful business woman, Diana also sings opera, is a published author, and is an emerging fashion designer. JMP helped unveil her new fashion line, Wee, at the annual IGI business seminar. As a result, IGI now has a stronger corporate image and Wee had a successful introduction. Dining by Design
“Dubbed the “Cannes of Tabletop” by filmmaker John Waters, DIFFA’s DINING BY DESIGN is an opportunity for various corporations and designers to showcase their creativity and talents by creating unique dining installations to ultimately accommodate their dinner guests.” http://www.diffa.org/events.asp In this November event our production team worked with designer Mark Newman to create this unique table set-up, with plasma t.v.’s showing beautiful artwork, and short movies. In addition, JMP provided skilled technicians for the installation of the National Sponsor’s tables including Elle Decor, Benjamin Moore, and Lexus to name a few.

SF Fashion Week – 2007
For the second year in a row, John Murray Productions was tapped to design and build the staging, lighting, and runway for the San Francisco Fashion Week. “Introducing the 2007 Citywide Style Campaign, featuring San Francisco fashionistas and trendsetters from all walks of life–from the socialite to the Mission Hipster and several others in between.” http://www.fashionweek-sf.com/fashion_week/2007/index.html

Calvin Klein Man – Macy’s Passport ‘07
JMP worked with Calvin Klein’s international design partners to create a modular, portable environment that promoted CK’s fragrance for men, called MAN. This entertaining lounge space included an internally lit martini bar, an all black pool table, high-definition video screens, and over-sized printed graphics. The entire set was built in less than 10 days at our studio in the East Bay. We installed it in about four hours at the Fort Mason Center in San Francisco. Four days later it was reassembled in Santa Monica, CA for Macy’s Passport 2007.

Macy’s Passport 2007
John Murray Productions, in association with Winslow and Associates, and sponsor Macy*s, designed and installed the decor for the VIP reception at the annual Macy*s Passport at Fort Mason Festival Pavilion. Some major elements that we provided include over 20,ooo square feet of drapery, 5,000 square feet of carpet, giant beaded curtains, circular stages, Kabuki drops, holographic dance floors, as well as custom environments for the event’s co-sponsors, including American Express, Movado, Calvin Klein, Wells Fargo, Kaiser Permanante, and the San Francisco Chronicle.
